Here's a song i wrote last night, when i made the hardest decision of my life, the one decision that forced me to pull my heart out of my chest, or at least the specks that were left.
My life's a train wreck
A calamity
My path is getting harder to see
I don't know where my heart lies
I don't know where to go from here
Tell me what i did wrong
I need an umbrella on the inside
To guard the dust or my heart
My tears i dont' cry are building up inside
And the world is about to see a flood
So I break down the principles of my heart
And see the veins and the blood of another

but i cant go forward without him holding my hand
i cry alone at night
and wait for the past to reawaken
i wait for my life to return down the vein of hope
the tears that fall crash like bombs around my feet
but nothing is ever going to be alright again
not as long as you've forgotten what we've had
you've been burned into my flesh
