I looked away, I didn't think I could talk anyways my throat was dry, I could feel his blue eyes on me.
"Sir, the injured man wants to talk with the lady." my eyes burned, if I felt strong enough I would have smiled, York was safe, that's all I needed to know.
"Send him in." York barged in and pointed a finger at the man.
"I want her moved! I found out just now that she is in your tent." The man stood up gracefully and held his hands out and open.
"Please young man, can't you see that she is injured? I don't want to move her."
"It's not what you want!" york yelled, he was losing his temper.
"Than what is it about?" The man asked, I tried to not smile. He was cocky, I'd give him that.
"Let me talk to her alone and let her decide than." I liked York's thinking, I wonder how he got like that. A thought for a rainy day.
"Fine, you may talk to her alone." He left the tent leaving York there with me.
"Are you alright Miss Hanatsu?" he asked with sinceraty in his voice. I nodded, talking wasn't an option.
"York...my hand...place it on your head." my hoarse voice didn't sound very good, my lungs were injuried or something like that. He did as I asked and placed my finger tips on his forehead.
"I'm ready, you may enter my mind." I smiled softly at him, we've done this before, alot of times, I've been injuried and couldn't talk so this was the best way. I closed my eyes and felt my energy flow through my fingers into York's head.
'Can you here me York?'
"Yes miss Hanatsu, now what do you want?"
'Well I don't know about my body being well enough to be moved. Besides I need to know, have your heard about my situation?' I had to ask, it was really important.
"I'm sorry to say but w will probably be travelling with them for three weeks or so."
's**t'
"I'm sorry."
'No it's fine York, it's probably safer for us. By the way, are you alright?'
"Yes, I was just kicked."
'And what is wrong with my arm?'
"Your arm was stuck under a small uprooted root and they killed the man who was pulling on you."
'Thank you York, but I'm tired, I'll leave our connection up so you can talk to me without bing here.' He nodded and stood up leaving the tent. I let out a soft sigh, there was no way that I would convince them to let me leave early, I think I fell asleep, all I remember is the soft hush ofthe tent flap opening.
