I started working out and eating better maybe.. 7 months ago?
Anyways I don't think I've ever felt better! I've lost 5 pants sizes and built a decent amount of muscle mass... hopefully by the time beach weather rolls around I'll be good to go! Plenty of beach-going here in New England!
It's not always easy seeing as I sit around all day but I try and take it in strides and get exercise were I can (even if my desk-neighbors look at me odd when I do push-ups and Squats in my cube at 6:00pm).
