My father taught me alot of things in life before his passing. And those are the things that I hold dear to my heart. He taught me to have tolerance in the world that has none, he showed me how to love thoses that I never met for the world will never hold their arms open for them, and finally, his music. The words that the songs he listened to allowed me to show how easy it was to cry, and see through another's eyes. My father fought in the Viet. War, and I stood next to him each year saluting those soldiers who gave their lives for us. Even now, after my father is gone, his music plays in my headsets, giving me happiness.
James Michael Roberts Jr. July 17-1942 to Sept.22, 1998. A beloved father and mentor. The one who showed that there are always sunshine somewhere over the rainbows.
