On a lighter note... It's my b day tomorrow (which is now today. razz ) and I'm going out with my cute and younger sibling to calibrate her finishing Uni for good and my b day. ( the movie... a romantic comedy... was funny but nothing I'd want still we had a good meal and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves... I hope they did.)
so far my prezzie list is thus... A nostalgic CD musical children's story from when i was a ruggie (in the era of vinyl records) much to my delight, a rather expensive phone from my mum (needs a sim card but), a book from a lovely lady at church (she neva forgets) and perfume and $50 towards a car (I think I'll use it on a bra instead. ^-^) I've got some other's that i haven't opened yet sent to my by grandparents and aunties... I thought it would be nice to have something to actually open on my birthday. Anyway... we'll see what tomorrow brings. opened my gift and card from Grandma and aunties... I got a little leather name tag thingi... looks quite classy and $20. SarSar gave me a cowbell and a red heart face tat. ^-^ I'm so touched. (sniffles.) Sakura Avalon Telstel gave me a miss ruby mini jacket... people are wonderful
The weather is miserable... howling winds, over cast and cold but since my dear ma has managed to get the mess downstairs to a cleaned up state I'm tackling my room and the entertainment room. Bout time I got all those clothes put away.
I got my sis a yard long thingi of chocolate but it turned out to be crappy, fancy lil individual choc's rather than a big block and she didn't like 'em so i gave her a little bag of candy canes instead which she spend all afternoon munching.
I had this image the first time i saw the yard long thingi of choc... more of a scenario.
A girl walks into her appartment to find her room mate being roughed up by her ex... so the girl hits him with the yard long block of choc... and he goes down...
girl is worried about having to get another block of choc and the police when called are laughing to much to make a proper arrest. "Assult with chocolate block of death' isn't going to look good on the books. It's like 'I have a really big block of chocolate and I'm not afraid to use it.!'
My imagination is a bit of a worry sometimes. razz
