That's easy. Vent where people don't see it. And tell them you are venting. Venting is very healthy. Never venting can and will cause you to do something stupid. Be it kill yourself, or others. However, there is a balance. The balance is that you must keep it at a venting level. If you shoot you or someone else, your WAY past it. If you hit them, your still past it. Yelling at them is more like it, but I'd say you need it less then that. Just enough to keep it calm and mellow, so you can piss the ******** out of the person getting insulted. If you way, "go ******** yourself, you ******** b*****d. Ill kill you" In a monotone, non-emotional voice, no motion what so every. They will be ******** pissed at "go ********"

(fun part is saying something completely random after that, after they go off at you. "go ******** that cute little blond girl down the street" they only hear "go ********" and assume you are going to say "yourself" afterward lol)
