Some random Japanese girls came to my house. They were probably looking for the previous JET. But no, they got me. As soon as I opened the door we gave each other a “what are you doing here” look. But I invited them in and they tried to talk to me in English. Unfortunately, I started speaking Japanese with them before I realized that they were from my school. Crap. Speaking Japanese in front of students is a HUGE no-no. I wanted to keep any Japanese ability I had under wraps for as long as possible. If they know I speak some Japanese, they won’t be speaking much English. Hopefully that girl doesn’t have a big mouth. I think the girls found it amusing that I like Gackt. (They spotted the CD cover.) I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. But they like the Backstreet Boys… so they don’t have much room to make fun of me. At least Gackt has talent. I’m getting tired of all these Japanese kids liking the worst possible American music. Backstreet… Briteny… Avril… and a handful of other crap. I listen to more Japanese music than these people! …Now if only I could get a couple tickets to Gackt’s next concert. Pssshhhh… in my dreams, right? It’s in a few months anyway. 	Heeeeeeey! The Backstreet Boys are WONDERFUL! gonk Yeah, my secret shame. I love the BSB. <-<; >->; But I agree with you on the American music thing. I just can't get into this...modern pop...crap. 	Actually BSB isn't that bad. They have a couple songs I like. I think they are a lot more talented than N'Sync. It's just so easy to make fun of boy bands. I also like an Avril song or two. But for goodness sakes, we have some REALLY, TRULY, talented singers out there, and of course they never make the list.
