stand up straight, and that means all the way
hold your chin up even when your so far down
never give up on yourself, never give up on your best friend either
tell the truth, even if someone else told you that it was a lie
keep calm, it takes two to argue
show more care than necessary, and if you don't have anything nice to say... DON'T SAY IT
last but most certainly not least (the best advice I've ever heard TO THIS DAY)
follow your heart not your head, that means you make yourself comfortable; what you think is right!!!!!!
