She telss on herself by the friends she seeks;
By the very manner in which she speaks;
By the way she employs her leisure time;
And by the use she makes of a dollar or dime.
She tells on herself by the things she wears;
By the spirits in which her burdens bear;
By the kinds of things that makes her laugh;
By the records that play on her phonograph.
She tells on herself by the way she walks;
By the things in which she delights to talk;
By the manne rin which she bears defeat;
By so simple a thing as the way she eats;
And the books she chooses from the well-filled shef.
In these ways and more she tells on herself,
So there is not a particle of sense
In an effort to keep up a false pretense.

Jalisa and I are like night and day (although it is hard to tell which of us claims the sun or moon). She is feisty (as am I but she a bit more), loud, dominant, impatient, spoiled, loving, seductive, strong-willed, aggressive, sweet (when she's not yelling), abusive, mean, nice, lovable, loved, and everything that I love in her. I admire her beacuse she is herself. She carries herself the way she wants to despite the judgmental glances thrown at her. She isn't afraid to be herslef and shows self control because it is especially hard easy to pretend to be someone your not.
