I have to say I have had alot of persons and to inspire me to my writings, and now I have officially a new person that I have to thank now, the great actor Henry Winkler!

On May 14th, 2008 6pm I actually went to a book store where Henry Winkler appeared in person for a book signing of his children's novel series "Hank Zipzer" And for the most of it he spoke about his childhood, and how he would become the Fonz from the classic series "Happy Days" And also he took the time to read some of his books where he would read with funny voices, it was really entertaining all the while people were hanging on every word he would say. And I was too but also taking the time to get pictures with my camera phone.

Eventually I got the top of the line for the book signing and when he signed my book I said "Um, may I ask you a question?" He said "sure" I asked, "do you have any advice for an aspiring author? (Basically that was more for myself)" He told me "Sit in front of your computer and write, write anything that pops in your head, and don't edit it, don't stop to think oh what will they think if I write this about my mother? Just write, don't censor yourself and just don't stop." I then said to him, thank you very much I appreciate it" and went on my way.

I realized he meant of course that I do that for when I'm in the rough draft stages. And he was in fact telling me what to do out of his own personal experiences as an author, I owe him because now I'm more inspired than ever to jump through the hoops as they say. To Mr Winkler, I say thank you for being a true to who you are and giving me the push I needed to be more motivated with my ambitions.
