why is it that during the first few weeks of summer vacation, everyone just shrivels up and starts brain hemorraging from boredom?
i do anyways.
oh god, i went to this party last night, it was crazy. so, the thing was hosted by the best friend of one of my camp friends who i only get to see like for like 3 weeks every year, and so i only knew one person, and for the first half hour was just kinda sitting in a corner. then everyone decided to go over to the host's pool and hang out, then people starting pushing people in (we were all fully clothed, as it wasn't a pool party), and i thought it would be fantastic fun to push in my friend who invited me. so i pushed her in, and we laughed, and then she flung me in, and i emerged from the water to find that my cell phone was in my pocket.
sucks yeah?
so i have a broken phone, and i have to call my dad and tell him, and that was all weird, but then stuff started lookign up because this one girl (racheal, i think her name was, they called her ray) and me started talking about some pretty deep s**t on the porch while everyone else made fools of themselves over by the pool. she was cool. uber relighious, but she was cool about it, and we compared notes on stuff, and we kinda bonded.
but yeah, it was a fun party. me and the reason i came (kikosha, the only one i knew) got to talk a lot, and that made me really happy. it's really great talkign with her because i realize some things. 1)my life actually IS terrible compared to other peoples' 2)i remembered why i love that i never went to my home school and 3)i remembered why i didn't care if i was single or not. i still care, but not so much after talking to kikosha.
it was really cool. i'm glad i went, even though my phone is completely broken. here is what's wrong with ti exactly:
-it rings when called, but the display doesn't work and neither does the keypad
-when the display does show up, the thing thinsk that it's pulled into some sort of USB drive
-it's overheating like crazy
-it thinks it's charging when it's off the charger, and thinks it's about to die when it's on the charger

anyways, thats my life at the moment. all shrivelled, phoneless, bored, cheesecake consuming, blogging, and brain hemorraging.
