Aurora is a being from anther galaxy.His official goal is conquest.His personal goal is entertainment.Aurora does not require alot of the things that humans do,the major noticeable thing being oxygen.He lacks a need to sleep,but will sometimes enter a short period of hibernation in order to recover if he is seriously wounded.His diet consists of one thing only, and with just that he can live,needing nothing more.This is a force that he discovers resides in humans that he calls "drive".His method of feeding involves grabbing his targets face and draining it from there."Drive" appears to be a vaporous substance,as noted by vapors leaving his palm after he feasts.Humans who have been drained are often bed ridden for months at a time,depending on how much was drained,and sometimes results in death.The death is always from the heart stopping.Humans are born with a set amount of "drive",which varies from person to person.It is impossible to regain lost "drive" or to manufacture it.
One of Aurora's abilities is to assume the form and voice of whoever he has drained,a camouflage method to make further feasting easier.Though he himself is male,he is not limited to any single gender or race,as long as he has drained them.He tends to use the name "Setsuna Kuroi" whenever he assumes his preferred form.Changing form is accompanied by him being engulfed by blackish purple glyphs,starting at the bangles around his right forearm,which are present no matter what form he is using.
In all actuality,Aurora is not a Kamen Rider.He arrived in a world where Kamen Rider already exist,though sparsely.He finds them pathetic,and has a habit of saying "Henshin" while changing as a method of mocking them,since he only needs to channel his energy into his bangles to change to his natural form.He was at one point incorrectly labeled as a Kamen Rider by someone witnessing his natural form,which cause most people to consider him one.In actuality,he is one of the biggest threats to humanity.
