So, I didn't go on a ride yesterday cuz it was hella windy. I just got back from a 30 mile one today, though! My goal this week will be to get in at least 10 miles a day (only on fairly windy days, otherwise 20)
I found a chart that bases calories burned on a 123 pound woman. It says I should be eating 500 extra calories per hour cycled (for my 'racing' speed... they base that on 15 mph. If only real racing was that slow.) I'll up the ammount I eat to 60 calories / 15 minutes, cuz, I'm still skeptical. Once again I'll base it on whether or not I crave food.
