Now I'm supposed to be 117.4. I think I'm dropping water weight from my period. I'm not going to go up 50 more calories for a few more days to see if I stay there or if something weird is happening.
I went on a walk with my mom for two hours.. I'm going to say I burned 40 cals per 15 mins. 240 extra calories
