Mkay, here is day 1 of getting back into counting calories. Because I didn't exercise last week, and really shouldn't go another week without exercising, I'm going to work out for 1 hour per day, with regular calorie guesses. If I lose tons of weight (more than 1 pound) I'm going to say that my guesstimate for 60 calories/15 minutes of hard cardio isn't enough. Then I'm going to go back to no exercise and see once again if 1500 is enough for regular days.
