I didn't weigh myself this morning as I didn't feel like it. I didn't overeat yesterday... I just didn't feel like being exposed to the cold for the 30 or so seconds it takes to weigh myself.
I finally have time to exercise today. I'm thinking eliptical just to mix things up. 30 mins + 120 cals
Breakfast - 280 calories
Lunch - 250 calories
Snack - 80 calories
dinner - 460
