Question: I think this one person is another pretending to be someone else with a new account, but there's not more than 53% information to go on. What should I do?

Answers:

A: I don't think it should matter should it? It's not like they're doing it to cause trouble. It may even be better for everyone this way, what with them being not exactly the favorite of some people.

J: I whole-heatedly agree with A, it does not matter. And even if it turns out to be true they were just doing it so they could fit in better, so you should forgive them even if it does turn out to be true, though the chances are slim it is.

S: Dumb asses, there's a very obvious solution: confront one or both of the people.
If it turns out to be true then we win, if it doesn't then nothing lost. It's not like any of them matter anyways.

O: I'm afraid you're the wrong one S, if either of the people were confronted and it turned out NOT to be true then they would feel hurt because they think they're not trusted. 53% is not a percent you want to gamble on, the numbers may not seem to matter, but they affect it a great deal.

JX: It doesn't matter, no human will ever truly trust another anyways. They all will stab each other in the back for personal gain in the end. We have only ourselves to trust, everyone else is nothing if not an enemy. No point in not confronting them.

Sk: The truth must be brought forward, without the hurt of any innocents. I suggest the use of the Pineapple to find out more information. But what can I say, 1 out of 343, plus all the other information, does make a strong case against the persons in question.
