I pigged out yesterday. Not even sure why. I just suddenly wanted some food, and I ate some carrots and dip, and then I figured that while I was eating extra, I may as well eat sweets. I didn't weigh myself this morning. I'm going to exercise and try reading while doing it to see if that helps me go longer.
