Well, I met the cycling team and I will be racing this season. Which means I need to start really exercising. I was given something to do - 30x30s, which is 30 seconds going as hard as you can, then going 30 seconds at a lower gear. Do this five times a session, one time a week, and then in a few weeks do it two times a week. fast and easy to do. Now it just needs to stop snowing so I can go on real bike rides outside.
Speaking of those, the team is going on one this Sunday. I'm going to try to find a sporting goods store to get a windbreaker so I can ride with them.
