Well, my legs feel okay today, but my crotch hurts. I will go on a ride today, but whether it is outside or not I haven't decided. I'm thinking I may pick inside to give my poor saddle sore a chance to heal. I need to remember to adjust my seat...
Mkay, I read the training thing and it said that I need to do a recovery workout today, so I'm going to walk for an hour. I'm guessing that I'll burn 50 cals per 15 minutes, so

Breakfast - peanut butter and apples - 400
lunch - 270
snack - 230 (onigiri + broccoli)
dinner - 470
dessert - 1.5 cupcakes with tons of whipped cream, 1 mint
