My legs feel pretty good today. I'm still going to walk, though, since that was a very intense workout yesterday and I know that I didn't bonk, so exhaustion was from my crazy workout. I'll ride tomorrow, and whether or not it is outside will be a decision for tomorrow.
I CAN'T USE THE WEIGHT ROOM CUZ OF THE VANDALIZM ******** THOSE ASSHOLES! RUINING EVERYTHING.
