B I O G R A P H Y ▬ The first thing he can remember is how he got that eyepatch on his left eye. He was trying to kill somebody while in a nightmare, but they were determined to kill him first. The victim had jabbed him in the eye, and the only way to "cure it" was to rip it out. A few years later he was roaming around the streets of the state capital and found a young girl who seemed to be searching for somebody. When she told him she was an orphan escaped from her cruel orphanage, something hit him and he took her under his wing. The two grew close within a short period of time. And within that time period, he discovered that she was immune to his nightmares. He also uncovered the fact that she was a lab escapee, and the scientists were still desperately searching for her, for she was their "first success." Now he guards her with his life.

B I O G R A P H Y ▬ Kiko is a lab escapee, fleeing without another word, and without hurting another soul. She was picked up by Jacob soon after her escape. She told him that she was an orphan, so he took her under his wing. As the years passed she opened up, giving him the real story, and that the scientists were still on the look for her. Jacob is now somewhat like a father to her. A father she's never had.
E X T R A ▬ She has no piercings or tattoos besides the barcode on her wrist. She also is not aware of what it means to "love", as in a significant other. Kiko is only aware of family/friendship love. It is as far as she will feel for somebody.

B I O G R A P H Y ▬ At age five, she witnessed her parents' brutal death. Not too long after this she developed a mental problem. She started seeing hallucinations of her parents. It got so bad her foster mother had to tie her to the bed so she wouldn't wreck the house. The woman called a doctor, who proclaimed her insane at the young age of ten. Immediately after she was dragged to the asylum, where she met a doctor. He was gentle and kind, and all he wanted was for Reagan to be released. He even educated her since she was missing out in school. Slowly, she began to trust the man, and they were quite close. Many said that she was his long-lost baby sister. Eventually, when she was eighteen, she was released, for she was of legal age. But she still wasn't completely cured. Occasionally she still had those hallucinations and had mental breakdowns, but the rate of them had gone down. She stayed in contact with the doctor, who she eventually started to, yes, date. On her twentieth birthday, he admitted to being a vampire and was tired of living a never-ending life, so he turned her. He fell to the ground, limp. It was a suicide. Reagan took his favorite top hat in memory and placed a little skull on the ribbon. For ten years, she took advantage of her glamour that drew in human men and played them into her bed, then drained them dry after. But she soon tired of that routine and moved to the States. It's war had ended and she heard the President was assassinated as well, but she wished to explore and travel. She has heard the Americas were quite a lovely place to go to anyway. When she docked in New York, she was thinking over her life. Were there people like her? She soon discovered there were, when a young boy was crying in the alley, blood all over his hands. Beside the boy was a dead body, and she found fangs in his mouth. With a good outlook, she took the boy under his wing and opened her own Circus for freaks like herself, naming it the Madhouse.
E X T R A ▬ Reagan still has hallucinations and is the ringmaster of the Madhouse. She has one piercing in which is on her navel.
