Been a while since my last entry, I know. Sorry about that.
Quick recap:
Bank tried foreclosing on us a few times.
We tried fighting it.
We tried contacting the attorney general.
Bank foreclosed anyway.
We moved into an apartment.
So fast forward a few months...
Guess what?
Parent's friend's brother bought our house. He keeps talking about it, when my parents see him. Annoying and hurtful.
And then this happened...
Attorney general is filing a lawsuit against 5 banks over foreclosure fraud, falsifying papers, and more. One bank which is the one we were dealing with.
We're unsure if anything will be done about our old house. Not that we really want to go back after selling most of our stuff, all the work that needs to be done on it anyway, and all the crap that went on with it and the bank. But... those bank people need to pay for what they did to us and other families.
