I sit here at my computer,
listening to the storm outside.
In a way its soothing,
but i worry what's on your side...

Today, was a good day,
too bad it had to rain.
But, we enjoyed it anyways,
even if you sisters were a pain...

Last night I could not sleep,
I still have no idea why.
But when we were together today,
sleep was slowly beginning, on us, creep...

Maybe its because when we are together,
everything else seems so far away.
Maybe thats why we long for each other,
each and everyday...

I am sorry if I caused you any grief,
working long hours is tough.
I am sorry I fell asleep,
though it would appear that you, also, have it rough...

I am glad that we have one another,
to see each other through.
Because, I don't even want to think about the pain,
now that the sky is blue...

Even if it is storming outside,
my thoughts rest on you.
No matter how tough life is now,
I rely on you...

You have given me new meaning,
as I am sure I am to you.
But why do I still see sadness there,
in those eyes so blue?

I may not know what you've been through,
but I am here for you now.
We are two halves of a whole, its true...
