This is a small rant about predujuce, and a.. Sara-centric. I don't know what brought it up, and it's very unorganized, but I felt like writing it.

I hope that this does not offend anyone. I do mention the differences betweens races and sexuality, but that's kin of needed for a short thing about predujuce.

This is rated PG (better be on the safe side), for.. uh.. the word reproducing and slight mention of suicide.







Why is it that humans are drawn to those like them? Are they afraid of the new things that they may learn if they meet those who have different skin colors? Perhaps they are afraid that others will judge them if they do not judge.

We have created so many words for the dislike of someone: sexist, racist, prejudice, bigotry; but it all means the same thing: Stupidity.

So why must we judge those who are unlike us? Are we afraid that if we hang out with gay people, that we too will become gay? Are we afraid that we will begin to have a strong accent if we hang out with those who speak differently than we do? So we fear that we too will go blind if we hand around those who are sightless?

It is all Human Nature, as breathing and reproducing. But the world is changing. Many people wish to not breath. Many wish to stay childless. So why do we cling to our dim natures? Why do we wish to be near those that have the same back round as us?

The answer is plain and simple: We are terrified of changes to the Laws of Nature that were put into our heads when we were brought into this world. We are a weak species, only being strong by pushing those who are weaker down. We wish to be the best, and to do so, we must be better than everyone else.
