We tried to go home on Thrusday. We got in a car accident in Avon, Ohio. We totaled our car, and were rushed to the hospital. We are all fine and none of us were hurt. The worst of it was Beth had a headache. Grandpa and Rich drove the 5 hours to Ohio to get us and take us back to New York, because Grandma wanted to see that we were okay after losing Sherry.
We got to Buffalo when it started to snow! At first it was a little and we thought it wouldnt stick, but soon it was a blizzard! We were delayed another hour because of the storm so it took us 6 hours to get home instead of 5.
We watched the news yesterday to see how bad Thursday's snow storm was, and 3 people were killed. 10,000 left without power, and another 3,000 stranded on the throughway. Buffalo got 2 feet of snow that night.
Man this isnt my week. To think I have been 16 for only 2 weeks, and all this has happened. I hope we will be okay tomorrow driving home. It is up to me and Beth to drive because Dad isnt supposed to drive.
