There are those..who can guide us and those..who will only destroy us. When you feel for the first time...what its like to die on the inside it gets that much harder to come back and try to live as you were, but...The hardest part about life is not dying, but learning to live with whatever you have. Pain, shame, hate, guilt....these are some of the more painful qualities of living..like betrayal and anguish..
but...learning to cope..learning to live...is life's more decent rewards...

Falling down
easier then getting up
Pushed and shoved
