Dream

Drifting off in your own
Puddles of wonder and thoughts
To think or relax
Where the past can become the present
And the future that now became history
Can there be a place of such wonder
To fly away into the clouds
Into your imagination of things real or fake
A dream is a place where memories of old and new
Can come alive once again
To live in the night of day
Inside the clouds of thoughts
Falling in a pit of black
To where the exotic is normal
When gravity no longer exist
And time seems to stop in its place
And the stars can seem to shine brighter than normal
What is a dream
My own imagination of things that has overrun itself
Or could I even be dead
Seeing things that are only something else in another world
But i couldn't be or am I
I could be dreaming
Or even have a dream within a dream
This wonderful feeling of happiness
To live in a world that of I created
But even all these things that happen
It's only a dream
Or maybe reality
For we could be dreaming within a dream
