ryu sat at her vanity mirror and played with her locket. she tapped it on the glass, and stared at its beauty. Ryu opened it to hear "Bolero" by Ravel, she hummed the tune to herself and watched as the gizmos worked their magic. as the long song played she pulled out a journal from one of the compartments and began to write.

I went home to Konaha. i was kidnapped by Itachi. I was forced to join the dreaded Akatsuki. I was branded on my tummy. I am probably having head trauma due to Itachi's abuse, and my own mistakes. Today i heard the rankings during a meeting and more....i went like this...
I walked into the room sat at a table surrounded by aaaaaallll the members. the leader guy listed the members as following:
"Uchiha Itachi, Hikari Daisuke, Akita Momoko, and Ikigami Ryuumi"
this annoys me because he didn't use my last name, Shitsumi, he used "Ikigami" and that annoys me. i wonder if he has the wrong ryu.....:} i wish. anyway, i came in just where i wanted to be after momo and before sasori. now they're all going to thing iim just an average didzy ninja girl, but i will be watching them as much i can.
Oh yeah, the the entire group is splitting up and we are all being paired up. Momo is going with itachi(lucky for me, not so much for her) and im being paired with this cool dude name shadak. he has short sparkley silver hair, and these shveet snake-like eyes (they are sooo cool). he kissed my hand today and it made me feel like a princess ^^! itachi clames shadak is kind of "weird", but come on everyone is weird here. one guy is a pupet, one is a shark, one has mouths on his hands, and one guy ripped off sally's head for no reason. which reminds me, im having my suspitions on the mystery of momo's attacker. i am taking note of itachi and that daisuke fellow(even if he is a homosexual)
oh and note to self...NO MORE ESCAPE ATTEMPTSRyu shut the musical locket gentley and gazed into the mirror, then sighed looking down at the entry. "We are we going from here?"
she then got up and went to her monsterous book case, her eyes where glazed over and she looked somewhat bored.
sigh... Ryu went to the atlas section and pulled out a very large map. she than pinned it to the wall and stared at it, with her hand on her chin.
"Judging by how far we went to get my things, and the terrein, we must be somewhere here," she circled a remote forested area. she looked over to a sleeping Tsubasatora on the bed.
the leader's words echoed in Ryu's head,
Shadak and Ryu, your heading west to do some research on the different species there. We could use the information."i guess this means ill have to go back to the frontier of..."
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK"Enter." her eyes didn't leave the map.
"Hello Miss Ikigami," it was Shadak. There was a sincere smile in his voice.
"Hello, you can just call me Ryu, no honorific or anything, and my last name is Shitsumi."
"Oh, ok. So... whatcha doing?" he walked up to stand at her side. And also stared at the large map.
"I'm looking at the best way to get to the west for both of us. It's a very dangerous place, you know; the west is one of the last frontiers."
"Oh wow, does that mean that you made this map?" He inquired.
"Yes. this is the only map of the unkown land, but there is still an area the i didn't get to survay." she pointed to the the left side of the map, which was quite blank.
"Hmmm, i heard legends of the west, that my Grandfather told me. he said that there were foul beasts and roming demons dwelling there. He almost died there." Shadak's voice was overflowing with pride for his grandfather.
"I'm not in the least bit surprised. I grew up there with Tsu.. Oh i forgot to introduce you!!" Ryu said grabbing his hand.
"What?!" he turned cherry red.
"this is my brother Tsubasatora!" she went over to the huge pile of stuffed animals, and pulled out a 4 1/2 foot tall winged sleeping white tiger. "Wakey wakey sleepy head!"
"You don't have to disturb him, really."
"Nonsense, I mean he's going to acompany us during the whole sojourn. He's my partner!" Ryu said smiling bright. "Tsu-tsu, i have someone for you to meet."
"No.... five more minutes..." tsubasatora said as he curled up and nuzzled his head into Ryu.
yawnShadak looked upon the scene, he wanted to do that.
This is what its going to be like during the mission? He bit his lip. Ryu was casually holding an easily more than 350 kilograms. Tsubasatora was probably at least 11 feet in length. Perhaps 4-4.5 feet in height, and he was complete muscle, but his wings made him much taller. on top of that and his large saber teeth, he had a scar on his left eye, showing that he was not one to mess with.
"Ok Ok i'll get up," Tsubasatora jumped out of ryu's arms and walked over to Shadak. "Salutations partner! I am Tsubasatora, the winged white tiger, and probably the only one you shall ever see. i speak fluently in english, latin, elv— and many other laguages. My hobbies and intrests include sleeping, hunting, eating Ryu's food, flying, and protecting my little sister from weirdos."
"Well that was quite an introduction." Shadak said with a smile. "I am Shadak, just Shadak. I like to ummm..." Shadak new what he wanted to say, but knew he couldn't to this protective 'older brother.'" uhh... read the bible, help out old people, donate money to orphens and stuff. . ." he said slowly. In truth Shadak's hobbies include womanizing, looking at naughty magazines, straight out flirting, and mating.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Ryu and Tsubasatora broke out in loud guffaws.
"w-what?" Shadak was taken aback.
"Good one shadak," ryu said as she held back her laughter. "Any one with a brain could see that if all that was true, than you would be in a place like this. AHAHAHAHAHAHA... the Bible HA!" ryu was on the verge of tears.
"Oh yeah..haha...tricked you!" he said ^v^''
KNOCK KNOCK"Enter!" said wiping her eyes.
It was momo, "Ryu, its our turn to make dinner tonight, we only have afew hours to do so."
"Okey dokey. hey, i have a pressure cooker with my stuff we can use that to make some goooood chicken noodle soup, thats good for you."
"Oh ok. i had no idea what we were going to make so thats good." Momo said
"I'll go hunt the chickens." said ryu enthuseasticaly.
"But we have some chicken in the fridge, and noodles, and veggies, and some chicken broth." Momo replyed.
"Oh well that just takes all the fun out of it, doesn't it." Ryu said back to her, "ok lets do this the boring way, come on."

Ryu sang as she was connecting some wires to a strange bulb and battery. she looked at the clock it was only nine. "best flash light ever!" she jumped up from her desk and began pointing and flashing the light while saying "Hiya" and "Hooha." pointing it at the door, she said, "TAKE THAT!" just as the door opened.
