- Your head is throwing me off so here is what I think it is. I think that your head is small (not tiny but enough to distract) the knees also need a bit work they are odd looking as you drew them. (I used to do that and may still have that habit) But all in all I think its great and I dont need to repeat the below comments.

Cute, I really like your picture.
You could try drawing the arms a little more realaxed, it's a bit to stiff. Plus, your hands should be slightly bigger. Other then that, it's really nice! ^^

- Try making the arm less stiff,bend it alittle.Hands are hard,but if you made the one you made int his picture bigger it would look pretty decent.Your shading is very nice,im very bad at shading D: though its easy to most people.

I defintiely like the way you shaded the blue areas the most.

- I like her. There's a nice cohesion to the style and the details in the top are striking. Maybe having both hands behind her back would've been the way to go?

- The clothing is well done. But the body is slightly unnatural. Try bending her limbs and putting her into a pose.
