• The wind danced at my long, black hair. I could feel his warm body against my back as we stood in the snow, the essence of winter biting at my snowy skin. I closed my eyes, my stomach churning upside down with the slightest of touch from the angel behind me. His warm, brown eyes looked down at me full of sorrow, but I did not know why.

A smile broke his face, but it was fake.

"tell me! Tell me why you're sad? You're here with me, do you want me gone?" I nearly yelled, a small tear beginning to form in my eye at the thought of never being with the angel again.

He ran a perfect hand down the side of my face, making my heart nearly stop at his touch. He slowly leaned forward, to the point where his face was inches from me. His perfect hand sent shivers down my spine as he wiped away a tear.

"I love you more than anything," He stated, wrapping his arms around me. He was several inches taller than me, the angel was. The wind still danced, as if nothing were here to disturb it. Something was going on, for his face to look pained seemed out of place, wrong on his perfect features.

Slowly he spun me around so that he was behind of me. His lips ended up at the side of my neck, his warm breath making me sigh. "But..." He began. Suddenly, i parted my lips, about to say something, but finding no voice in my throught, and no breath in my chest.

"But..." I finally managed out, trying to get him to get on with it. There was nothing around us as the winter tickled our cloths, and his perfection seeming to send beaming rays around the forest.

"But I cannot... i CANT be with you anymore," My heart sank as he spoke. He ran his hands up my arms. He whispered into my ear, as tears streamed down my face. "I'll try to make it as painless for you as possible," He whispered.

"nothing could cover up the hurt," I informed him, my voice breaking with the sobs, escaping my throat involentarily. The two of us here in this perfect place, he couldn't possibly have said what i thought he had. I heard the clanking of metal, and saw a flash of light out of the side of my eye.

My back stiffened up, as i saw the point of the needle filled with purple liquid. "So... you're going to kill me?" I whispered, voice shaking again. The angel shook his head.

"I knew youw ould never let me leave," He pulled my hair away from the back of my back. "Sorry," he repeated. I felt something slightly poking the back of my neck. The angel squeezed my hand, fresh tears streaming down my face as the needle sunk deeper. The clear picture of the winter began to get blurry.

He dropped the needle, and began massaging my shoulders. I could feel my body growing numb, from the tips of my fingers slowly creeping up my arms. From my toes creeping up my legs, begginning to make my legs give in.

His warm arms wrapped around me, holding me close to his chest. I struggled to raise a hand to his face, lightly touching his face, my vision nearly blocked. I parted my lips to speak.

"I will always... re...mem..ber," I slowly allowed my eyes to droop, my head falling backwards, and the cold, warm, and many other feelings slipping away, as darkness arose to pull me under...
