• As I sat on the edge of the village I couldn’t help but feel overcome by a sense of tranquility. The village always seemed so busy during the day, but from high up on the walls surrounding it, it was quiet. I could hear as well as feel the soft wisp of the wind sliding over the bumps and dunes in the desert. But there was a small vibration throughout the sand, like someone’s footsteps. I tried to ignore it, but they became faster and heavier, like the person was running from something, or judging by the number of footsteps in comparison to the speed, someone was chasing them.

    Yorudan’s POV

‘Man...! I can’t believe they followed me here! How did they find me?’ ‘The Byakugan might have been helpful.’ ‘Ah, Shut up! Now’s not the time for your-’ Snapping back to reality, just in time I might add, I was able to dodge a paper bomb hidden in the sand. “Stop distracting me!” I made a flip in the explosions smoke to count the number of enemies. ‘Heh, only 6? That’s not so bad, eh?’ The cocky expression on her face disappeared when someone behind her pulled a kunai from his hip. ‘Crap!’ The only quick defense I could think of was to catch his arm when he swung and push it back toward him, breaking it. I heard him scream as he fell down and landed on another paper bomb they hid. Getting back to running to the village I noticed 5 figures waiting for me right before I could get in. Judging by the sun it had to be about 2:50. “Frick On A Stick!” ‘No time to get rid of them. Just knock them out.’ ‘All of them?! In 5 minuets?” ‘No duh Einstein.’ ‘Ugh, fine!’ Getting closer to the 5 figures standing in the way of me being safe and me getting the crap beat out of me by my mom I slid under the 1st one and kicked up at the 2nd knocking down the rest. By the time I turned around they had me surrounded and I would have gotten away if it wasn’t for one using an Earth Swim Jutsu who grabbed my legs while 2 others held my arms and neck. I tried to get lose but they had me surrounded with chakra strings. As the other 8 came charging toward me the only thing I could say was “Crap.”

    Gaara’s POV

The thing that got my attention was an explosion. From its size it was probably a paper bomb. And out of the smoke came a girl, and following her 6 ANBU Black Ops. I noticed there were 5 more waiting for her at the village entrance. Judging by the look on her face they caught her by surprise. But if she wasn’t part of the village she wasn’t my concern. I was about to leave for the office when I noticed that she looked familiar. Very familiar. I stayed for a while longer and I’m glad I did. She was doing fine until one snuck up on her using an Earth Swim Jutsu. Two others rushed up from behind and immobilized her using chakra strings. I couldn’t take it anymore. I had to help. Almost without thinking I put up a wall in front of the 8 rushing at her before using it as a wave of sand to crush them. That was all the help she needed from me. It caught all of the off guard but she was able to elbow one in the stomach, kicked one in the face and threw the other one over her back. She looked a little tired from running across the desert while fighting and immedeatly fell to the ground, panting.

Maybe she did need a little more help.

    Yorudan’s POV

I had no idea where the sand came from but it helped me to get away. I just wish I could meet the person who helped me. Just then I felt a hand on my arm. I looked up before pulling out a kunai and I’m glad I did. It was a man. He had tanned skin, sea foam green eyes, and bright red hair. This guy looked so sofisticated, so high up, so- so hot! He helped me up and asked “Are you ok? Were you hurt?” And that voice! ‘Idiot! Answer him!’ “Uh, No, I’m fine! I do have to go though, I have to get to a meeting with the Kazekage.” Dammit! Why did I have to say it like that!

“Well, at least allow me to take you to his office. You must be the new ninja he’s evaluating.” “Yea. If I don’t get there by 3:00 my mom’s gunna kill me.” “I think you’ve got time.” He said before walking toward the village entrance.
