~He had lived 500 years ago, in Nagasaki, in feudal japan~
His name was Yokai. He was a dog demon, about the height of 5'9". He has silvery hair, his canine form had glowing red eyes and a blue body, about the size of a normal wolf. His family died when he was very young. After a few years, Yokai had fallen in love with a sacred preistess who was the most powerful of their time. Many demons were after her to kill her. Yokai was her protecter. He used to protect this girl with his life.
One day, when Yokai was taking his time near the sacred preistess's village, looking out at the ocean, the light ocean breeze carried the scent of familiar blood. Panicked, Yokai hurried to the source of his lovers' blood. It was too late. He saw her, face down in the grass, her blood stained the white and blue-trimmed kimono she wore. The only thing he could smell was her blood, he was too pain-struck to sence the on-comming villagers and her sister comming up from behind him. When they aproached, Yokai held her in his arms, tears streamed down his cheeks like waterfalls, his short gray hair blew in the light breeze, and carried the scent of her blood with it as it went.
He was then sealed to an old gate, in a meadow, which over-looked the Nagasaki bay. There used to be banzai trees, bamboo, sakura and cherry trees that surrounded the area with a light stream running through it all. Once he was sealed, her sister burned her body far away from where Yokai's soul was sealed. Yokai's soul has never been at peace, ever since.

    ~500 years later~

Her name was Sekiei Tamamora. She was an ancient reincarnation of a sacred preistess, she is about 5'7", she has bllonde hair and bright green eyes. She was a normal high school girl, who went to school everyday, got good grades, and did as she was told. Until one day, on her way to school, she senced something. She began to shiver as she was on her way to school, thinking it was nothing. She walked up to her friends and talked before starting to head off to school as the bell rang, until, she heard a riot breaking out. She stopped and saw a man, dressed in strange clothes, black belts all over his clothes, baggy kimono pants, and his eyes were a strange color of red as he ran, he looked behind himself as an officer ran after him. The man tripped and fell in front of Sekiei, a surprised look on his face, he was panting like a dog and he flinched with every sound of a voice or a car that went by. It was quiet, people staired and watched curiously. Sekiei stepped back and watched the officer get closer as Yokai panted at her feet. The officer aproached, his hand on his gun and pointing it at the strange clothed man on the side-walk.
Sekiei knelt down beside the strange man and held her hand out as the officer ordered him to get up to his feet and turn around.
The man's red eyed looked at Sekiei's kind face as she held her hand out to him. He took it hesitantly and stood up.
Sekiei stood infront of the man and held her arms out and glared at the officer.
"Whats the matter officer? This man has done nothing wrong, I can tell!" she held her breath, hoping she was right.
The red-eyed man stood behind her, he could hear his heart beating faster in his chest as his breathing slowed.
    "Well?" Sekiei demanded.
The officer put his gun away and glared at the red-eyed man. He turned, and without a word, he walked away after fastening his gun to it's holister on the belt around his hips.
Sekiei sighed and turned around to the strange man. "Are you alright?" she asked.
The man blinked, at first he didnt talk, he just took a step back, hesitantly, not sure if he should trust the kind girl in front of him.
    "Whats your name?" she asked.
"Y-Yokai.." He said quietly as Sekiei's friends grabbed Sekiei's arm and begged her to go to class.
Sekiei ignored them. As the girls left, everyone became noisy again and went on with their daily lives.
Yokai looked at Sekiei, "Wh-why did you do that for me?" he asked, his voice quiet and calm now.
"Because, I saw that you had done nothing wrong. Say, are you new here, to Nagasaki that is?" She asked curiously.
    "Umm..s-sort of.." Yokai replied.
"Oh..umm..Oh, I'm sorry," She smiled, "I'm Sekiei. I made you say your name and I didnt even introduce myself." she giggled slightly, flipping her long blonde hair behind her shoulders. Her green eyes looked at Yokai's black clothing. "Umm...so where are you from exactly.?" she asked.
"I-I'm not sure.." Yokai answered. "I...I think I'm from around here...but it looks so different from what I remember.." Yokai looked around the area, they were on the corner from the musiem and the park.
"Well, what exactly were you doing before that police officer started chasing you?" Sekiei asked again, her bright green eyes curious.
"N-Nothing really. I...I just opened my eyes and I was in front of this strange house...and....that man yelled at me and started chasing me, thats why I ran." Yokai explained.
"I see..so..how old are you?" She asked, feeling guilty for asking so many questions.
"I...I'm not sure, I dont remember." Yokai said quietly, a little ashamed.
Sekiei giggled. "Well, I have to get to school. Umm...." she looked at her school, she shrugged, "Nevermind."
    "Whats a school?" Yokai asked.
Sekiei blinked, she looked at him, she placed her hands on her hips, "Are you serious? You dont know what a school is?"
Yokai blinked, he looked at her, "Umm...n-no..?"
Sekiei sighed, "Wow..man, your really out-of-town, now arent you?" she smiled, "A school is a facility where elders educate younger people like us."
"A facility?" Yokai looked at her, totally confused."Ugh! Your hopeless. Where did you say you were from?" Sekiei glared at him.
"I-I didnt!" Yokai held his hands up innocently.
"Whatever." She walked over to a bench, laid her bag on the ground and sat on the bench.
Yokai followed her and stood beside the bench a few feet from where Sekiei was sitting. "Arent you going to go to you 'school'?" he asked.
"Not right now, I've got a good enough attendance and good grades, one day off isnt going to kill me." Sekiei replied.
    Yokai looked around.
"What do you remember of this place?" Sekiei asked.
"I remember...kimonos, katanas, naginatas, demons, samou--"
"Wait, did you just say, 'demons'?" Sekiei interrupted.
Yokai looked at her like it was no big deal, "Uhh, yes, I did."
"C-Could you possibly be from the past?" Sekiei stood up. "Wow...thats interesting.."
