• The jet finally touched down and my heart was thudding. Patrick would be there to greet me, and I had missed him so much. The airhostess came over and ask if I had had a good journey, I nodded, too eager to get off. The jet door opened and I pulled my bag behind me as I quickly made my way out. Right there, at the bottom of the steps, stood the shiny jet black limousine. My heart leapt as the door opened and I rushed down the steps. But it was not who I had expected. I froze as I came to the bottom step, as Christian stepped out the car, smiling. “How are you, miss Franky?” he asked, “I trust your journey was good.” I nodded and gave a brief smile. He then stepped back and held the back door open and I stepped inside. Once I was seated, Christian joined me.
“So,” I said after a minute “how is my father?” I stopped myself from gritting my teeth; after all, he was the one that sent me away. Christian nodded
“He’s very well, and is very happy to know that you’re coming home.”
“And, any news on the killer?” Christian didn’t answer at first, so I braced myself slightly.
“I’m sorry, that information is classified.” I stared at him apprehensively. I spoke slowly.
“You haven’t found him yet, have you.” it wasn’t a question. Christian shook his head, his eyes falling to the floor.
“No, were still trying. Your father will send you away again soon.” I sighed and relaxed back into the chair as Christian stared out the window. Well, This had certainly put a downer on the day. But for the moment, I didn’t care. All I cared about was Patrick. I glanced over at Christian and saw him frowning as he stared out the window. He then got up, and made his way over to the small black screen that separated us form the driver. He tapped on the screen “Hey,” he said “you’ve taken a wrong turning.” The driver didn’t answer at once, but when he did, his voice was soft and slightly muffled.
“I’m taking a short cut.” Christian’s frown, deepened.
“They told you to stay to the specific rout.” The driver sighed.
“Fine, I’ll turn around.” Christian was satisfied, and he clambered to the back of the car, and resumed his staring out the window. We did not turn around.
“Oi!” Christian said after a moment “Why aren’t you turning? Take us back.” There was no reply this time. Only now, I started to feel drowsy. My eyes started to slowly close and my body became heavy.
“Ch…Christ…” my tong was too heavy. I saw Christians head snap round to me and his eyes bulge.
“Miss Franky.” He said, gently patting my cheek. “Wake up! Wake up!” but why should I? It wouldn’t matter if I were to just close my eyes for a minute, after all, I had had a long flight. My eyelids began to slide close, I felt Christians tapping on my cheek become slower, and even now, I saw his eyes beginning to close. Just a couple of minutes, I told myself. Christian’s voice was becoming muffled as I quickly slid into unconsciousness.

When I woke up, it was dark, but I wasn’t in the limousine anymore. As I observed my surroundings, I saw that I was in a small empty storeroom. It was dark, but there was a small window block where a small bit of moonlight shone into the room. There were shelves everywhere, with nothing on except the odd piece of crumpled paper or empty pencil pot. I tried to get up, and then quickly realized that I was tied up to a chair. Suddenly, I heard a moan coming form the corner of the room. I then gasped as I saw the vague outline of Christian, also tied up.
“Christian.” I hissed. He looked up and gasped.
“Miss Franky, your hear to. I’m so sorry.”
“Hey,” I said “it wasn’t your fault, only, where are we.” Christian glanced around the room
“I don’t know.” He said. Suddenly, the double doors leading into the room, opened, making us both jump, and two broad-chested men walked into the room. One went behind me and undid the ropes tying me to the chair, whilst the other told me that I was going with them.
“Where are you taking me?” I asked, now scared, but they didn’t reply, they only latched onto both my arms and swiftly took me out the room, leaving Christian behind shouting “Don’t worry miss Franky! It’s going to be ok!”
