• TICKET TO HEAVEN

    The World; gray and dull,
screams and dusts fills the air.
    I know an unknown paradise
beyond this world. I can bring you.
Close your eyes, for a moment
to be able to hear my peaceful voice:
Knock on the door: it is soft,
    no thorns attached, or rough.
Enter it: do you hear something
or feel something going against your face?
The wind's peaceful and gentle breeze
along the rushing sounds of waves.

    Time endlessly flowing, fields filled
with flowers of the rainbow colors.
Over the clouds, the birds flying
to trees filled with little homes made of sticks and twigs.

Hoping and praying that the World will change,
letting new life and color enter our lives,
Everlasting happiness and laughter can be heard,
while seeing the young and old running happily among the fields.
All when this dream seems to be coming alive
I realize the world was going away, and so are you.
Very slowly you are going away
as I try to catch up to you it is very hard -
Every step I take you go further away,
while smiling and waving, as you speak to me saying words I would never ever hear.
Not knowing how did I end up coming back to this World as I turned around to see you
inside an opened box - asleep and smiling - as the rain falls onto you falling down from my face.
