• A poem by XxGreyPawXx smile

    With no leaves to blow,
    only more wet, cold snow,
I stand there in the frigid weather,
    waiting....
    waiting for you to return.

I can't remember the last time we bonded,
and when you texted me how it wasn't going well,
I DO remember how I responded,
And I moved on, although it hurt like hell.

Obviously I'm not completely over you,
and I miss the summer nights we spent,
and when I told you I loved you.

    Like they always say,
    love her while you can,
    because at a time,
    at a day,
    something could happen...
something that'll take your breath away.

I know how I was wrong,
and how you DID love me all along,
but it t'was of drama that you left me,
and I know how you would've kept me.

    Yes, time does pass quickly,
And sometimes you wish you could go back,
but no matter what you'd do to change,
and what you would do for your problems to rearrange,
you'll just have to move on.

    Move on...
the idea of it sounds terrible,
but its what you'll have to do someday.
    So remember....every second counts.
    because something might happen....
something that will take your breath away..
