Today was the last school day! I started off the morning giving my huckberry a big hug and a thank you letter. It had George the Giraffe on the front with an orange tree and large heart stating: "GEORGE the giraffe!!!"
Then I galoped to my 2nd hour, Advance Painting. The teacher for that class surprised us with-Starbucks fraps! She recieved the idea from my constant bringing of the drink to school and luckly I had none to take with me today. While sipping on my mocha, I painted a stool that had been advertised with gang writting. It's now got Totoro, mushrooms, trees, little Totoros and the center piece- a girl of about 7 years old in a flamming kimono and firy hair wrapped into high side buns. Her eyes are tiny blue orbs and she stands upon a dirt road. Cute, no? :3
When the bell rang, all the seniors headed up on into the commons for breakfast. It was terrible compared to last years, which was mcdonalds. There was hash browns, biscuits, sausage patties and scrambled eggs. The only thing edible was the biscuit and the hashbrowns didn't even taste good with ketchup! MEH MEH. GIMME MAH MCDONALDS OR JOO PAY SOME GIRAFFES OUR MONEY BACKS.
Afterward, there was 3 hours worth of listening to plans for the future, teachers/family/friends that were thanked in helping us get this far and cake with punch towards the end. I tended to roaming the halls and visiting with the librarian, who gave me this cute picture book called "The Blue Book." I shall keep it with me always, for it really puts a smile on ones face when times are lower than imaginable. Such as today, when I gave my last big hug to my Huckberry. =(
Over the course of the day, I ate lots of cake-including my Advance Theater Class- and worked on my Business Life Skills project. Good thing it's all over and finished with! I worked hard 1st quarter in English for nothing because instead of an A, I recieved a B+. GHETTO, ghettooo! -slides- American Government: A, Advance Painting: A++, Advanced Theatre: A+ and the rest is unknown. I'm sure there's a B for Advanced Biology but the rest should be A's. It's ok though, atleast I got all A's my Junior year. This time it was much tougher.
I stayed after school, almost in tears to know I wouldn't see some people for years to come or simply never again. I finished my stool project and Ms. M drove me home. On the way there, we stopped by this crazy ladies house. She has placed cement heads and cement covered masks up and down the teeny slope her home rests upon. Ackward photographs are imprinted within the garage windows and there's now a fence surrounding most of the concrete formations. Yes I know, my obsession with using details and many words only once is getting rather out of hand, lol.
When I got home, I saw Gracie driving past us. So after setting my stuff upstairs, I jogged on over. We talked about my prom and showed pictures before she invited me along to go play tennis. As we got into game mode, me being the clutz who hasn't played in forever, hit the ball after 17 tries. I hate..HATE looking stupid and clumzy, missing and having to run after a rolling ball more than half the time. Sucks to be discordinated durka dur durrr.
Came back to my house afterwards. Visted the groccery store. Had bacon mac n' cheese with cherry cola. Nothing much else. Tommorow: nothing to do, free time is awaiting patiently. Huzzah for I Love Lucy for three months in the summer. Can't wait to watch Aggie perform in Caged and Bette Davis in Dark Victory comming up soon. :3
