Gazing into the void,
She knows no pain,
Visions of happier times,
Her hands grasp air,
She waits…
Alone and forsaken,
Longing for a time without pain,
Ceaselessly she envisions,
Expressionless faces stare.
She waits…
Her memories slowly blur,
One into another,
Forgotten pasts,
Unknown future,
She waits…
Without knowledge,
Watching life and death,
A nameless sadness claims her,
Tears rain the world dry.
She waits…
Unknowingly for love,
Beyond the day,
Before the night,
She cries on broken knees,
Never knowing why,
She awaits for one who will never come…

stalking closer to engage the girl of no age,
standing bleak as he's enraged at the one who's in that cage,
He lurks silently as she's waits,
he knows he's not the right sage,
to heal her sorrow to it's rightful place,
His heart is fill of glee for the one who's on her knees,
his mind is fill of dreams to one bay be redeemed,
his hand is fill of air in which he can not grasp,
why does she stand there,
never turning to face me,
why do i wait which she wishes,
i am right here,
she is there,
no room between yet miles are spread,
like butter on bread.
