Wow! I haven't written in the journal for a really long time! Ah well, I've been busy, so I guess it's understandable.

Well, to get things moving: Yay! I have my Masters! I'm only the second person in my entire family (other than my dad) to ever go to school for the M.S. I'm very proud of myself right now. (Now if only I could land a teaching job...that would be even better).

I'm also really excited about the new battle system that Gaia is going to be setting up. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun. I look forward to it. It will also be cool to see what kind of items they will come up with for the battle system. Hmm...I wonder if the battle system will allow you to keep the clothing and weapons you have in your inventory for the battle system or if you'll need to buy different ones? I wonder if that has anything to do with the increase in weapons being offered in the monthly collectibles? Has anyone else noticed that? (maybe I'm just imagining things)

Okay, so now it's time for my rant (you may wish to skip this part, things could get ugly).

Work lately has been a major pain in the rear end. I am infinitely happy that I am finally getting more hours. I don't mind that at all. I'm poor, I need money until I can land that teaching job. Unfortunately, my co-workers, as of late, have been less than cheery and their cranky attitudes have been really bumming me out. I mean, first they're ranting that they're not getting enough hours, and then, when they do get more hours, they complain about having to come into work!

What planet did these people come from? eek I would like to go to this planet where you get paid for not working. Just point me in the direction of the nearest space shuttle and I'm there.

Oh! But that isn't the best part. Here I am working a 30 hour week (I'm part time, so I can't really go higher than 30 there) and I have people coming up to me and asking if I can stay for their shift because, get this, they don't feel like being there. And then they get pissed off at me when I tell them no.

Listen up people, I have days where I don't want to go into work either, but I suck it up and go anyways. WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD! stressed
