heya.
these last couple of days have really had me exercising my will power. It's been a weekend to celebrate clara's birthday. Yesterday we went to a strip bar. It was a decent place with alot of friendly people, but I had a few moments where i had to keep myself from being angry and protective for clara. It is something i am really going to have to work on. I show my emotions too much, and it can't be a good thing.
Good for me that I didn't make a scene. I am proud of myself.

Today was clara's birthday party, and we had alot of people over to have dinner and cake. It was nice to see people around. I never get to entertain anymore.
Okay, so my next art project is a picture that i have adapted from some traditional Japanese screen art.
I am first doing it in chalks, then i am mixing the paints into the colors so that i can make a more dreamy effect. I am not so sure how it is going to work out, but i am hoping that it will come out pretty. I think that anime is my weak point, and realism is hard for me to imagine. So, i will stick with my good points- still life and floral work.
i know, not very interesting, but it is worth a shot. It's hard for me to take criticism from strangers, but that is the way it is. I cannot be so sensitive.
I want to do better. And i need to put more than a few hours into my work.
It's hard for me to continue once i stop, but i swear i will get it done.
