I opened my eyes in the dark.

Flick.
Shift.

No, it wasn’t dark… just kind of shadowed. I sensed… someone?

-Who?- I thought

A pale hand touched my face… my hair stood on end.

“You… You are…?” I couldn’t move… or rather, my body was capable of movement but wouldn’t move. It was like I was being held in place… but it wasn’t the body freeze of Muscle Lock. It didn’t hurt or hold me in a painful position. My muscles were just fully relaxed keeping me from movement.

“You are beautiful, Destined One. Even in your weakness and pain. Master has good taste… but, is it right to use what was inherited from one Bond slave to care for another…? Still, it isn’t for one such as I to say and when that woman dies I will be free at last. Master will never allow her to be free. He will never allow her, the last, to breed and it has been so very, very long since I was called to serve. I will serve you for now, Destined One, until you can be useful to me.”
The voice sounded female but echoed strangely. The arm connecting to the hand lowered as its owner knelt beside me. A head lay gently on my chest.

In my mind I could see my arm rising from under the covers and lift to stroke the hair of the one leaning against me. It hurt to do so but she felt kind of lonely. I could almost feel the hair under my hand. Strange hair, almost wiry, metallic to touch.

She raised her head in surprise and stared at me. “How can you… you hurt so badly.”

-I’m used to pain.- I thought. –My body adjusts to pain quickly.-

She shook her head and leaned toward me.
“Then, with no further delay, let us set up the link. I will serve you for as long as you need.”

-Gik.- I thought as her lips touched mine, Disney kiss style.

“Hnnnn-Narrgh,” My body stiffened to complete rigidity, spasmed and relaxed again.
