Natalie has fallen for me - however, I couldn't feel the same anymore. I told her I wasn't willing to put my heart on the line again until she could prove that she could be loyal to one person, even over great distance.

She called me at work today - she told me that I was all she could think about, even over her current boyfriend. She loves me. I couldn't conjure a reason why she'd not love me in this way for 11 months, and then suddenly want me again... then I figured it out.

Time after time, every time we saw each other, we kissed, hugged, cuddled, and even shared a bed. And time after time, she told me she wasn't interested in me this way, even though she teetered on saying the opposite.. and, even in a relationship, she was drawn to me.

It dawned on me thinking back on our history: she never really left me. We may not have been "official" in over a year, but we were never apart. We talked constantly, told each other we loved one another, and everything else when we saw each other.

She's always had trouble with staying loyal to a person, but I've realized that she's proven that she has already: with me.

I honestly believe she and I will live our lives together happily.
