In case the title made you wonder ~ I didn't intentionally refer to myself as a bean so that I could make this particular comparison ~ It just sort of happened. But you must admit ~ it is a good title (yes, it is indeed a good title) (I really like it)

There are many things that people get compared to. Fudge, waves, rubber bands, oil, water. Well, here's a new one I think no one will have heard.

People are like burritos.

See, you can get burritos with pretty much anything in them ~ Just like there are many many different types of people. And sometimes burritos cause intestinal strife (gas) ~ just like two people may not agree or get along. And like the tortilla outside ~ people's appearances often hide their inner selves. But you have to love burritos. Burritos are friggin awesome and they are full of relatively healthy noms sometimes. Just like there's always people who you can't help but like/love (even if they do cause "gas" wink and you can have a certain preference in types of people (same as burritos) but you can also find a new flavor that suits you even better. There's also the issue of the hidden jalapeño (or any other type of very hot pepper ~ or mystery substance found in burritos), which isn't always a good thing ~ not that it's always a bad thing. People always have their hidden vices which may or may not become an issue with other people (some like a bit of jalapeño in their burrito). Also, burritos can be incredibly dense ~ just like people.

One could also say people are like pizza. But burritos are better.
