My Books
these are the books i've written in my life.. and wow i sound old xDD
The Other Side Ch3Pt1 (Sky)
Ehhh?!?!” I backed away. “I can’t be one of you!”
“Don’t sound so freaked out.” Ardea said. “We’re not freaks or anything like that. Just some people chosen by the element.”
“Huh?”
“The six main element in Sanix; fire, water, earth, wind, light and darkness. I’m fire,” she pointed at herself, “Naida is water, Gaea is earth, Aquilo is wind, Alina, our Queen, is light and Melantha is darkness.”
I blinked. “So how can there be the seventh one?”
“It’s simple.” She said. “You,” she pointed at me. “Possess all those elements.”
I blinked again. “W-What?”
“Isn’t it obvious?” she shrugged.
“I-I think you’ve made a mistake here.” I laughed without humour. “I don’t-can’t light fire on my finger or anything like that. I’m sure you got the wrong person. Yeah, that’s it. You’ve got the wrong person.” I laughed again. Without humour.
“That’s why we’re here.” Gaea replied. “To see if you arethe one we’re looking for. The one that will bring the peace back to our homeland.”
“Eh?”
“Melantha is a powerful foe.” Gaea replied. “We’re having a hard time with all five of us trying to defeat her. We need someone else to help us out.”
“That’s what you have the soldiers for.” I pointed out.
“Melantha controls the element of darkness.” Ardea said. “She can control other people’s minds.”
“Really?” I frowned.
“Does it look like I’m joking?” she asked.
“No?”
“Well, then there’s your answer.”
“B-But why do you need me?”
“Eh… There was this prophecy told by a mermaid in Sanix.” Naida said. “She said two maidens of peace will be born during this chaos and one of them will save our world.”
“Uh huh.” I said. “And what? You guys think I’m one of the maiden of peace of something?” I smiled.
They said nothing.
“W-Wait, seriously?”
“All we know is we got an order from Alina to bring you to Sanix and you can get your Judgement there.” Gaea said.
“A what?”
“A Judgement.” She said patiently. “You go into a room and Alina summons an element based on your power to see how powerful you are and everything.”
“Basically, you go in and people judge you in there.” Ardea said. “They scold you, they tell you what to do-”
“Ah, no, Ardea.” Gaea said. “That was just for you.”
“Which isn’t fair!” she said hotly. “They hate me. The councillors seriously hate me.”
Naida giggled.
“Focus.” Aquilo said and sighed. He turned to me. “Miss…”
“Melton.” I said. “Sky Melton.”
“Miss Melton.” He said. “Please come with us for a while and you can train for the war.”
“A wa-” my eyes became huge.
“Absolutely not!” my mom suddenly said. “My daughter will not go anywhere near a war!”
“Mom…”
“I will not let you go to Sanix!” she said. “Never! I’ve heard of Melantha; to think you would fight her, even though you rule over the Queens of Elements, she will torture you slowly and painfully till your death if she ever caught you. No, absolutely not!”
Everybody stared at her. Dad sighed.
“Ella.” He said quietly.
Then she seemed to realize what she said and slapped her mouth. “Oh, dear.” She quivered.

You would think that if she hasn't said anything for 14 years she wouldn't have made a slip now. But I understand you do need plot development razz
