Ahem.
The bike ride was good today - I went between 16.5-18 mph for 2 miles. I wasn't ready to die like I was when going up that hill in MH, but it was a good sprint and I held it. Next time I'll go longer. Just a bit. I also held a speed of between 15-16 for much of the rest of the ride. I'm proud of myself!
