I'm feeling pretty good today. I'm going to go on another ride (I'm working from home so I can leave whenever I want!) but it's going to be fairly easy and a medium length. (10 or 15 miles.)
Yesterday, I ate 50 calories for every 15 minutes I was out. I was craving food that evening. I ate 1/4 cup of pomegranate arils and felt better.
Today I'm going to do a better job of eating in the morning and have three meals of ~250 calories instead of two. We'll see how that goes.
I'm also looking into tofu smoothies. I need another low calorie, healthy meal option (other than eggs and peanut butter). I'm thinking peanut butter banana smoothie.
My meals for today:
breakfast - apple and peanut butter - 250 calories
brunch - cheese quesadilla - 305 calories
lunch - ants on a log - 270 calories
dinner - swiss chard pasta - 578
dessert - chocolate - 200 calories
