Land of the Lost is based on the original series. However this one stars Will Ferrel and is a comedy.
Any Will Ferrel fan will likely enjoy this one. Not really a whole lot to say about the movie, if you know about the original series. A scientist has theory about time and space. He ends up becoming a joke in the science world, but ends up proving his theory right.
Again, I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys Will Ferrel movies.
WARNING: This movie contains Will vs. a t-rex, dinosaur pee, giant bugs, falling ice cream trucks, lizard people and violence.
