So everyone knows (I hope) that my house was foreclosed on and I moved to a small apartment, right? Well we have been living here for maybe a month now... few weeks at least. We're supposed to get a check from the bank. Hasn't happened. Us nor my parent's friend who is a retailer can't get a hold of the person/people who did the foreclosure anymore. The weirdest part? Their isn't even a record of our house actually being foreclosed on.
So... wtfudge?
Anyway, my parent's friend that is a retailer has left a message for the attorney general. Something needs to be done. We sold a ton of stuff. Moved everything. Told we lost the house. Yet it was never really foreclosed? Someone needs to pay for this.
If you've read this, along with my other entries about my situation, and have Ocwen as a mortgage company, I highly recommend you changing.
