ok, so as most of u ppl know, im moving...
here are the details:
WHEN: as soon as our house sells which could be anytime from the first week of july to the middle of august. no matter what, im staying to the end of the school year and no later than the middle of august. cry
WHERE: Hannibal, Missouri I know!! thats a LONG way from here!!! its like forever and a half away from my HOME here in California. and dont you just think of cannibal when you hear hannible? i sure do... plus, its redneck state! i'll be surrounded by rednecks with southern accents!!! i cant take it!! i dont want to end up talking like them!!
WHY: because my dad got a better job. the whole reason we are moving is because the company (CEMEX, yes i will openly curse them) that he is at now is seriously going to kill him if he doesnt leave, they are working him waaaay too hard, he just cannot take it anymore. so he found a better job, but its in missouri. and the worst thing is: CEMEX bought over my dad's company about a year ago and ever since they have been there, my dad has hated his job, a job he used to love. so he said quote "if CEMEX hadnt taken over my company, i would have been perfectly happy to stay here, never move, and retire here once you (heather) graduated from highschool". when he told me that, i cryed so hard! cry I HATE CEMEX!!! evil if it wasnt for them, i would be staying here!
CAN I KIDNAP U AND KEEP U HERE?: yes, plz do, i dont want to leave!
WORST THING ABOUT IT ALL: i have to leave my boyfriend who i love with all my heart heart and i have to leave my second family- my friends.
whenever i think of Missouri, i think of an old wooden grey house, with a porch out front and an old guy, sitting in a rocking chair playing the banjo with a rifle lying next to him!! confused
i hate this all, i dont want to go!! sweatdrop

That's horrible...
Moving is hard to take, especially when its brought about by a job (that's why I had to move, too), and when you've grown up in the place you're moving away from.
You'll make new friends pretty quick, if that's any solace.

Missouri's not too redneck; its more Southern Royalty, isn't it? You know, with the big plantations and such?
Does your dad think your house will sell before the end of the school year?
