I just watched a bit of Tear on Netflix, I've been taking it slow since identifying media as a source of anxiety. I was about to text my friend that I might be a little late for Dnd since I have to fix my brain and i realized that that's something new. For the first time in my life I've been actually steering my mental health instead of just being along for the ride.
It may seem odd that to perform brain maintenance before a social encounter and there's probably a more normal word for it but whatever. It works, and that alone is worth noting.
